To allow our customers to make the most of their products, Optimal offer a range of training packages designed to suit users at all levels.
Dartfish : On-site Training
Optimal offer half and full day training on-site at your premises. Our half day training sessions are perfect for learning the basic and intermediate functions of Dartfish. In the training we cover:
• Camera set up
• Use of live delay and recording functions
• Annotation and drawing tools
• Sharing of analysis using Mediabooks
The full day training is a continuation of the introductory session before going on to include the 'Tagging' match analysis module, the use of advanced drawing tools, SimulCam and StroMotion.
Coaching Studio and Dartfish : Online Training
Optimal's online training is totally flexible around your needs and time restraints. Requiring only an internet connection, we use screen-share software, allowing you to use your own computer, see our screen and talk with us while we carry out the training. Optimal offer training on an hourly basis and sessions can be tailored to your specific requirements and level of expertise. Similarly, our online training can easily be broken into weekly, one-hour sessions, covering a new topic or subject each week, to keep new information in manageable chunks and allowing you to perfect new skills between sessions.
Dartfish.tv and eAcademy : Set-up Consultancy Package
Like all of our training, the Setup Consultancy Package is designed to get the most out of your investment, specifically regarding our online platforms: dartfish.tv and eAcademy. It includes online introduction to the platform, training in best practices for channel management and use of the free Dartfish Player (dartfish.tv customers). We will also extensively customise your channel with logos and banners that mirror your organisation's existing online presence.

An introductory service covering website banner design and a 1-hour, online, introductory training session to get you started.
